The exhaust
DYNO (Normal Cost = $574.95) features a new modular billet rear end-cap design that utilizes sleeves to tune performance and sound. The muffler canister features a larger diameter to provi85de more volume for the exhaust gases to expand, cool, and cancel noise. The muffler has a unique mounting system that is designed to take more abuse than traditional designs and is finished in a bright, mirror polished aluminum.
Using a slip-fit design, high-tensile strength springs hold the system together to improve flexibility for riders maximizing their suspension and flexing sub-frames. The exhaust is designed to work on stock to full race modified motors and will accept the USFS Approved LRD Spark Arrestor.
The headpipe is stepped and designed for maximum torque and the oversized tailpipe will give the over-rev needed. Stock heatshield mounts provide protection for your leg.

Air Box Eliminator (Normal Cost = $199.95). Let your KFX450 breath with our custom hand coned and tuned performance intake. The stock intake boot is so restrictive that no matter how you build the motor beyond the exhaust, you will not notice significant power gains. This kit allows you to maximize the other performance modifications. Get setup to run without the stock airbox, or run our custom high-flow box with the intake (suggested for wet conditions). The intake features tapered hand-cone tuning to build velocity and volume as well as pre-drilled holes to reinstall the intake sensor. Note: Crankcase Vent tube must be relocated or replaced.
