Details: 500 acres with muddin holes and trails.come when lightly rains
and during the summer but watch out for hunters during all seasons.
How to get there:go towards the nuclear power plant past red level to
the train tracks.Go down towards power plant and turn left at any dirt
road without locked gate. (watch out for nails)

Location Name: Croom Motorcycle Area
Type of Riding Place: Trails
Location (closest city): Brooksville, FL USA
Details: Croom consists of 2,600 acres of riding area with terrain
ranging from hardwood hammocks and tight scrubs, to numerous
pits left from discontinued mining operations. Croom is
open 365 days per year with very little weather limitations.
Permits are required for each motorcycle or ATV. Fees are
currently $25 per year (July through June) prorated $1 per
month. Overnight camping is also available.
How to get there:From Tampa travel Interstate 275 north approx. 40 miles
until reaching S.R. 50 (exit 61). Turn left (west) onto
S.R. 50 and enter at the entrance to Holiday Inn 200yds on
the right.
From Ocala travel Iterstate 275 south approx. 40 miles until
reaching S.R. 50 (exit61). Turn right (west) onto S.R. 50
and enter at the entrance to Holiday Inn 100yds on the
right.
