Best power upgrade for under $160

Take your air box lid off and run a
K&N Air Filter with outerwears.
This will allow the quad to suck more air
through and deliver more power. You
will also need to
rejet the carburetor. You can
purchase all these items with the
Quad Works Package or you can purchase
them individually using the links above.
The K&N Air Filter is reusable using our
recharge kit.

In order to wake the 450R up you need to
Recam it before you install an exhaust.
The stock 450R cam is very restrictive and
you will not get the most out of this motor
until you add a more aggressive style cam.
We highly recommend
Hot Cams.
TRX 450R Exhaust
We have tested and reviewed quite a few
exhausts for the 450R but none that pull
harder then the Patent Designed
Pulse Charger by Vicious Cycle
Performance. Combine this exhaust with
the
Hot Cams, Open Air Box with
K&N Air Filter, and the VCP Jet Kit and
your 450R will be a YFZ450 eating machine!
